Rules
Server RULES
Rule 1
No KOS (Kill on Sight). This a Limited PvP Server.
Rule 2
Raiding is allowed.
Do NOT raid within the first 24 hours of the wipe.
You are only allowed to raid with the team you base with.
A team may only raid other code locked bases. A solo can only raid other key lock bases. Anyone can counter any raid. If a team counters a solo raid, they can’t continue the raid. There will be no switching back and forth with locks. (If you need to switch locks during a wipe you need to open a ticket and get admin approval first. Example - Teammates left team and you are the only one left needing to be a solo.)
Killing on sight is appropriate if the intent is there for the destruction to begin (i.e., you have rockets / c4 / satchels and will place them on the door wall immediately following the kill).
Be aware that anyone can come and counter raid you and steal your supplies.
You are fair game while in the raided base. Whether raiding player bases or Raidable Bases you are NOT safe until you are one full grid away from the base being raided.
Do not invite or allow your allies to "watch" your raids as an audience.
Rule 3
While raiding is allowed on this server do not do the following.
Locking players out of their base once the raid is over. (If you put down doors/locks unlock them once the raid is over.)
Do not take over bases.
Locking the TC. If you place a new TC leave it unlocked once the raid is over. Do not wall off a TC, this includes placing a TC outside the base and walling it off.
Walling off player's bags or leaving your own placed bag in the raided base.
If you build a raid base the base needs to be left to decay after the raid/transfer of loot. Meaning empty the TC so it will eventually decay.
Rule 4
No door camping.
Rule 5
SAM Sites are allowed
A empty vending machine broadcasting the area as a "No Fly Zone" is considered polite but not strictly required.
Rule 6
Air Drops are PVP until the last item is looted, then PVP must end.
You may not leave items in the Air Drop to prolong PVP or bait other players, this is against the rules.
Rule 7
Guidelines for teams
Max team size is 3. No exceptions!
Within each base/compound there can only be 3 players authorized on TC, code locks and have bags in the base. If you are solo, you must be keylock and cannot share keys and must be the only person authorized on your TC. (Solos may be code lock at your own risk of being raided by a team. This does mean you can still only raid code locked bases.)
Allies must live at least one square away in all directions from each other. (That means to have a full grid square between the two bases.)
If you want to help someone on oil rig, cargo or any monument you must create a new team and there can only be 3 people in the team.
No tag teaming people on raids/counter raids.
Rule 8
No griefing
No locking access to a base by dropping barricades.
No putting TCs in the middle of a doorway.
No leaving walls in place of blown doorways.
No leaving locked doors.
No taking over a base as a result of a raid (note Quarry is an exception).
It is acceptable to drop a TC and replace and lock doors during a raid, but the locks must be immediately removed after the raid.
First offense is a warning. Second offense is a no-questions-asked ban.
Rule 9
Stealing
If someone catches you stealing THEIR things, they or their teammate(s) are allowed to kill you. (Basically, if you take something that is not yours and is already claimed/owned by another player that is stealing.)
If you are caught stealing, you are NOT allowed to shoot back at the person or team that you are stealing from. (This rule is in place to avoid people from baiting PvP situations.)
If you walk into someone's base or compound uninvited, again, they can kill you.
Rule 10
No exterior Turrets or Shotgun Traps
Turrets / shotgun traps need to be inside base walls, either inside buildings or behind external walls.
Turrets should not be able to shoot players just passing by on the outside of a bases walls.
